Agreement
An agreement between www.ForexPro.ws (furtherer called "Service") and a user, who have opened an account on this site (furtherer called "Client").
1. Client agrees that rebates are made once a month and could be delayed or cancelled in case of acts of God (force majeur) such as:
- Broker-company bankrupt company in which Client opened an account is bankrupt.
- Broker-company, in which Client opened an account, disaffirms Client’s deals on the grounds of breaching trade transactions rules or any other company’s rules by Client
- Broker-company, in which Client opened an account, technical error that leads to a canceling of necessary rebates to Service.
- Client acknowledges a scalper, or Client’s transactions duration is 5 or less minutes, such a limitation is present in some brokers (for a detailed information contact the Administrator).
3) Service doesn’t account for Client’s transgressions made on his/her own account.
5) Service is able to block Client’s account in the www.ForexPro.ws system due to Client’s attempts to hack website or system.
7) Service is under an obligation to transfer all Client’s rebates for all previous month transactions up till 20 monthly. In case of a fraud suspicion Service has a right to demand Client’s passport scan.
8) Funds withdrawal happens only in manual order and needs the website Administration personal confirmation. If the withdrawal hasn’t place in case of technical problem, Service guarantees a Client’s account balance recovery on Service website within three workdays
9) Client was fully familiarized and entirely agrees with risks notification connected with Forex exchange market trade risks and with other financial instruments as well.
10) Service has a right to change given Agreement!
